The Dynamic Business Start-Up Trust |
The NIC Dynamic Business Start-Up Trust (The Trust) is a registered Educational Trust which
has Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) status, with 18A tax status. It is non-profit and is
presided over by a Board of Trustees.
All public and private funds that are donated to the DBSP and any funding money that is
raised is placed in the Trust, under the guardianship of the Board of Trustees.
The Trust complies with the South African Revenue Service's rules and regulations, as well as
with the Trusts Act of South Africa. Hence the Trust is audited by an independent Auditing
Firm on an annual basis. The annual audited set of accounts is available upon request.
